Classification and Internal Organization of Semiconductor Memory Devices, Interfacing of SRAMs, DRAMs and EPROMs.
Interfacing I/O Devices to 8085:
Parallel I/O (8255A), Timer/Counter (8253), Serial I/O (8251A), Keyboard/Display Interface.
ADC, DAC, and their Interfacing to 8085.
