About Workshop:-MobileBOTICS introduces the participants to the world of mobile controlled bots. Participants will be taught the basics of micro-controller programming, tailored specifically for mobile controlled applications. At the end of the workshop, the participants will be capable of designing and operating a bot that can be controlled with a cellphone

Course Details:
  •       Introduction to Basic Electronics and Robotics
  •       Microcontroller Programming
  •       Introduction to Atmel’s ATmega 8/16/32 microcontroller
  •       Concept and Testing of Dual Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF) decoder ICs
  •       Development of a Mobile phone Controlled Robot
  •       Testing and  Running  of Mobile Controlled Robot.
Kit Details:
8051 Development Board, USB programming Support,5 Volt Power supply, Motor Driver, DTMF decoder, 8 LED array ,4 Switches Array, Buzzer, Comparator, I/O breakouts for general purpose use, Line follower sensor module, Robot Wheels, Robot Chassis, Caster wheel, Battery Pack, All required connecting Cable.
Team Details:
Each team can consist of 4 or 5 members and will receive a kit.
Each team gets an all equipped robotics kit, which has a 3 month guarantee. Apart from this every individual will be given access to the MBS horizons student portal that contains reference materials and tutorials related to the workshop. This access is valid for 1 year.
